Scout Books: The Cocktail Hour

A series of single-spirit cocktail recipe guides which I conceived of and edited for Scout Books. Each volume included over two dozen drink recipes from top bartenders and was playfully illustrated by a different artist. My work as series editor included coordinating with dozens of bartenders and bloggers, selecting artists, choosing recipes, cover and interior design, and extensive copy editing. Many thanks to Laura and Austin Whipple, Taryn Cowart, and Nicole Lavelle for their assistance throughout the project.
